Home Counties - Final Round 02 April 2005

The club hosted one of the finals of the Home Counties League and came out winners, ahead of Witney and Corby, who drew on points. Corby took second place on count-back of event wins.

The relay teams added handsomely to the clubs tally of points. The 15 years boys team of Carl Adamson, Keiran Woods, Jonathan Fields and Daniel Heath broke the club record for the medley on the way to their win and also won their freestyle event. The girls added most to the tally with both freestyle and medley teams winning in the 11 years, 15 years and open age groups as well as the 13 years medley team.

Personal best times were set in individual events by Andrew Barton in the backstroke, Hannah Wilson and Robert Yates in the breaststroke, Claire Evelyn, Jonathan Fields and Thomas Moore in butterfly and Alice Butler and Edward Baxter in the freestyle.

Further maximum points were added to the total score by wins in individual events by Charlotte Errington in breaststroke and freestyle, Alice Butler in butterfly and Lisa Patrick and Jonathan Fields in backstroke.
