personal group - fantasy formula one

Our FF1 comp is based ENTIRELY on that from fantasyf1game.net. We follow their rules, they update the points, which we then 'steal' and show on this website!

Chaninah Campbell will be administering the competition.

It costs just £10 per team, and you can enter as many teams as you like.

What you need to do:

  • Go to the fantasyf1game.net website, and look at the instructions and components pages.
  • login to that site (you can use your login/password from last year, or you can request a new one. Either way, just click on the login/register link on the right hand side, and follow the instructions. Please try and use your own name so that we know which team belongs to who).
  • enter your team(s) on that site. Click on the create team link on the left hand side (will only appear once you've logged in), and then submit your team(s, one at a time). No-one can see your team line-up until the deadline for entries has passed.
  • Join our Personal Group mini-league.
Click on the my teams link on the left hand side, and then click on the join team link next to your team.
Select Personal Group. The password to join our league is Personal.
  • Let Chaninah know that you have entered a team, so that she can include you on our FF1 mailing list, and chase you for the £10 entry fee!

The deadline for entries is 11.59pm Friday 25th March (extended from 11th March, due to the cancellation of the Bahrain Grand Prix). This is set by fantasyf1game.net, not us. Even if you are a just a second too late, you'll have to try again next year!

Also, the budget / rules etc are set by fantasyf1game.net. This means we cannot give you an extra £5 million for your team, as requested (seriously) by someone a few years ago!

Prizes:

  • The fantasy team that scores the most points for each race weekend (qualifying and actual race) will win prize money. There are 19 planned races in total this season, so that's 19 chances to win.
  • The remaining prize money will go to the top 2 overall teams at the end of the season.
  • The prizes are subject to the number of teams that enter (and, more importantly, pay!). Chaninah will let you know of the actual breakdown of prize money after all teams have been entered.

You can enter as many teams as you like for free on fantasyf1game.net. But to be part of our FF1, you must join the Personal Group mini league and pay us £10 for each of your teams in that league.
